Myofascial release is a treatment that releases tension in the fascia due to trauma, posture, inflammation, or scar tissue. Connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body. It has contractibility like muscle and can get stuck in patterns that cause misalignment. Feel your body release tension and reset alignment with Myofascial Release Therapy.
Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body. This type of massage is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscle, fascia (connective tissue surrounding the joints) and tendon. The goal in deep tissue massage is to breakdown adhesions (tense areas within the muscle). Adhesions in the muscle are very important to address because they cause pain, inflammation and limit motion of the muscles and joints.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy
60 minutes $140
Lymph is part of the body’s waste management system, and generally works very well on its own. However, our lymph may need a little boost of help when we experience such things as: swelling, brain fog, bloating, sinus infections, food sensitivities, constipation or allergies. Lymphatic Drainage is a therapeutic massage treatment that uses light pressure and long, gentle rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins. At Apple Core Therapy, we also employ the use of silicone cups to help assist in lymph motility. This work is very relaxing and will leave you feeling grounded and light.

Thai Reflexology Therapy
30 minutes $80 • 45 MINUTES $100 • 60 MINUTES $110
According to acupuncture and acupressure theory, there are 7,200 sensory nerve endings in each foot, which are connected to the internal organs of the body. Thai foot massage is based on the belief that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet which correspond to the systems of the body. Reading signs on the feet, understanding the client, and applying combinations of pressure using the thumb, finger and hand is the foundation and art of this highly reputed technique.
In a typical session, the lower legs and feet are stretched and massaged to open Sen (energy). Then specific pressure points, which stem from 10 major energy lines that run throughout the body, are stimulated. These pressure points provide a map of the entire body and organs. Through skillful manipulation of the soles of the feet, Thai foot massage helps the body restore its own natural healthy balance.
