Our 24 hour cancellation policy.

Snow storms, illness and life all “happen” We understand. However, it is not uncommon for our therapists to lose a substantial amount of income per month to late cancellations and no shows.

Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge, barring unexpected storm or illness, and no shows will incur a 100% charge. After your first late cancellation or missed appointment, we will ask you to fill out and sign a credit card authorization form which will allow us to process the appropriate fee. We will either have your credit card information in a locked file that only we have access to, or you can choose to have it stored online through our secure and encrypted credit card processing system.
