This hands-free therapy utilizes 26 pounds of heated amethyst woven into what is called a biomat. The mat conducts negative ions directly to the influenced body areas through the surface of the skin and restores the natural electrical field charging your body.

Apple Core Therapy is now offering yin yoga sessions! These specially designed private or semi-private hour long yoga sessions are for clients of any age looking to improve mobility, fluidity, stability and strength. You will leave each session with the ability to use these postures at home, any time you need.
RESET WORKSHOP
In your personalized RESET workshop, we will asses your posture, educate you on some basic anatomy and show you the importance of breath. All experience levels welcome. This workshop is offered in partnership with Springboard Pilates.
